Collaboration with chef Gustav Leonhardt, Team Bocuse d’Or Sweden and Lursta Cast Iron AB on Bocuse d’Or 2024 Trondheim, Norway and 2025 Lyon, France. 

Food shape design, moulding, 3D printing, side platter design

Main platter designed by John Ludvig Andersson and Lursta Cast Iron AB.

Gustav Leonhardt and the entire team Sweden brought home silver  medal and the best commis award from Bocuse d’Or Trondheim 2024 and bronze medal from the Grand Final in Lyon 2025.
